On july 13, 2023, the centers for medicare & medicaid services (cms) released the calendar year (cy) 2024 revisions to payment policies under the physician fee. This information relates to payment under the medicare physician fee schedule and is intended for medicare purposes.
For cy 2024, we are implementing section 4121 of the caa, 2023, which provides for medicare part b coverage and payment under the medicare physician fee. The medicare part b tab reflects the applicable part b fee schedule effective january 1st, 2024, for commonly utilized codes for therapies.
